123 Palm Bar runs functions that are celebrations of life.
Whether it is a coming of age, a corporate event, a wedding or a mile stone that you want to lift your cups to; our wonderful indoor/outdoor facilities and experience will ensure that you have a memorable occasion.

Our offering includes:

Up to 150 guests
Plenty of parking at nights and weekends
No hire cost
A variety of platters and finger foods
Late close at 3am every night
A great sound and lighting system
In house DJs and spare DJ station
Dance floor
Large enclosed outdoor area
Flat screen TVs and projector
Exclusive, private parties are available

Hire charge/Booking Deposit:

There is no hire fee but a booking deposit of $250 is payable to confirm function bookings, fully refundable if guest numbers are in line with the booking, there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear and no other amounts owning.

Security:

Large functions require security guards (one or more subject to size). $150 per guard, payable in advance.

Music and Entertainment:

The Palm Bar has a DJ available for bookings and otherwise plays background music and music videos. Alternatively, you may organize to have an iPod or USB of your own music selection put on the system. If a band or karaoke are required, this can be booked on your behalf and on-charged at cost in advance.

Bar Tabs

Set up and managed to meet each functions specific requirements. Subsidised drink tabs are available and the systems are designed allow you give your guests the maximum discount for the longest time. (For example: drinks could cost $4 for many hours, or be completely free for your guests).

Please note: The Sale of Liquor Act Prohibits persons under the age of 18 from being on the premises, unless accompanied and supervised by their parent or legal guardian. No exceptions under any circumstances.

Mixed Savouries - Chicken bites, Fish bites, Samosas and Spring rolls with dipping sauces. $60
Club Sandwiches - Quartered club sandwiches filled with ham/smoked chicken and salad. (30 Pieces) $60
Kebabs - Selection of Chicken or Beef Kebabs with capsicum, red onion marinated. With dipping sauces $70
Buffalo Wings - Chicken Wings marinated and Barbequed either in a tasty BBQ sauce or a hot chilli sauce. (40 Pieces) $70
Bake house Sausage Rolls - Platter of sausage rolls, with dipping sauce (50 pieces) $60
Bake house Combo - Baked favourites, quiches, sausage rolls, mince pies, potato tops etc (50 savouries) $60
Salmon Bellini's - Smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers on a mini pancake.(50 Pieces) $60
Aracini - Risotto balls flavoured with parmesan and bacon, crumbed and deep-fried.(50 Pieces) $60
